Furanil® solution and Furanil® ointment are indicated for equines in prophylaxis and treatment of bacterial and fungal infections of the skin and mucus, genital organs, pyodermitis, folliculitis, pododermatitis and mycosis. It is also indicated for the asepsis of wounds, cuts, scratches, abscesses, fistulas and decubitus ulcerations.
Perform asepsis of the affected regions with Furanil® solution or Furanil® ointment, leave it to act for 10 minutes and then rinse. Repeat the application of the product, leaving a layer covering the site. The affected regions can be covered with gauze or other dressings. Repeat the treatment daily until it is cured. The frequency of application and doses can be changed according to the veterinary doctor’s instructions.
