Alantol® is indicated for equines as a healing agent in skin lesion therapy, accidental or surgical wounds, abscesses, decubital abrasions, surface ulcerations and burns.
• Allantoin: promotes chemical debridement of proteins, which keeps the wound free from purulent secretions and dead tissues, stimulating the epithelization and cell proliferation;
• Zinc Oxide: astringent, healing and drying power.
Apply with the hands or spatula, after previously cleaning, a layer of the product directly on the affected site, gently spreading it over the entire surface. Repeat treatment 1 to 3 times a day until complete healing of the wound.
