INDICATION

Meloxinew® Gel is indicated for treatment of inflammation and pain (acute or chronic) in cases involving soft and musculoskeletal tissues. Also indicated for post-surgery use.

MODE OF USE

To be used in equines by oral administration.

Administer at dose of 0,6 mg/Kg live weight, which is equivalent to 1 g of the product for every 100 Kg, at every 24 hours for 5 to 14 consecutive days. The plunger of the 35 g syringe is graded, and each dose mark (D) is sufficient to treat 500 Kg and every half dose, treats 250Kg live weight. Thus, a complete syringe contains 7 doses (D) for 500-Kg animals and 14 doses for 250-Kg animals.

Rotate the ring on the syringe plunger until the desired weight mark. Make sure the animal does not have any food in the mouth. Introduce the syringe in the interdental space and press the plunger, depositing the paste on the tongue in direction to the bottom of the mouth. After the application, raise the animal´s head for some seconds for adequate ingestion of the paste. The dosage may be changed according to the Veterinarian´s instructions.
